I am working professional with masters degree. I’m someone who enjoys peaceful surroundings, keeps to myself, and always maintains a clean, quiet space. I am looking for someone who will be good friend and help keep the place clean. *No Drug or Smokers. *No pets. ( I love pets) *Must maintain cleanliness. No eating inside bedroom. Routine inspection per month will be done inorder to protect the property. *Will have to sign damage contract. Any damage done must be repaired or paid for.

Must notify about incoming guest or having company. Any company stays over 3 days or frequently must gave to pay additional rent and utilities.
Any illegal activity or violation will result in eviction.
