It's about a 6 minute drive to UCCS, and the nearest crossroads is Austin Bluffs and N Academy. There's also a community pool that is open during the summer! He works from home in the backyard studio while he finishes his PhD dissertation. She is a teacher and is off until August. We drink a lot of tea and go for hikes and work on our respective art projects. ABOUT YOU:We are looking for a clean, chill subletter for the summer months. Single occupant or potentially a couple, no pets or frequent overnight house guests. No drugs, smoking or frequent alcohol use. You are busy, don’t work from home and just need someplace quiet and comfortable to rest. We are a queer friendly house, so no religious fundamentalists or bigots please. Once in a while we make a bunch of food and have people over but otherwise keep things pretty chill.

One large bedroom available in an apartment. I live in Wildridge Apartments, which is pretty close to everything.
