Unfurnished but we could provide some furniture if need be. There may be two rooms available for the right person.

We are subletting a room in our house for the summer with option to renew sublease in September.

Rent is $ plus utilities, which will run about $ max per person and you would need to get your own renters insurance (Lemonade Insurance works) for the time you are here. We will need first and last month rent up front.

We are about 5 minutes away from Memorial Park and 8 minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs by car. We are around the corner from a small supermarket and Walgreens. However you will need a car to live here.

The room we are renting is about feet with access to a private bathroom and two closets. Plentiful on street parking.

We are a couple, both academics and artists F. He works from home in the backyard studio while he finishes his PhD dissertation. She is a teacher and is off until August. We drink a lot of tea and go for hikes and work on our respective art projects.

We are looking for a clean, chill subletter for the summer months. Single occupant, no pets or frequent overnight house guests. No drugs, smoking or frequent alcohol use. You are busy, don’t work from home and just need someplace quiet and comfortable to rest.

We will want to run a background check and have three references from prior landlords before you move in
