I have 1 bedroom with private bathroom in a beautiful fully furnished house with a pool and big backyard. You will be sharing a house with a nurse and her year old daughter.This is in the northern Glendale area with easy access to the freeways and close to golf courses. Unfortunately no pets.

You'll get the covered parking spot, your own bedroom, and full bathroom, plus the communal area. The laundry room is in the kitchen. There are 2 pools and spas, a gym, and grilling areas.I'd like to keep the queen size bed and new mattress in that "guest room", but all that other stuff in the picture is going to my sister's house. I have a 5 year old Siberian Husky, big baby that loves cats and doesn't care for dogs. I travel to Florida a lot for business and will leave him at my mom's when I'm out of town. Clean & responsible Females preferred. No crazy exes welcome over & no parties.
