Bedroom for rent

Description

I have a bedroom available for rent. Move-in available after November 1st. The house is located in the suburbs with a HOA. It is a two story, 3 bedroom, and bathroom house with a backyard. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet.

I live in the house in one of the smaller rooms. I'm a photographer and content creator and I work predominantly in the fashion industry. I work from home. The other roommate, Paige, works in IT and also works remotely.

We keep a clean house and we're respectful and easy to get along with. The house is an open environment, but we also leave room for anyone to keep to themselves.

Room is $/month. Utilities, wifi, and power are separate; which all roommates split evenly. It ranges between $per month /per person.
