The only issue what so ever I'd say is the apartment having loud floors and being in the 2nd story after pm you really have to be gentle walking around other wise the neighbors below can't sleep for their job because of the loudness if you're walking heavy footed lol. But minus that it's flawless staying here and comes with free parking that's gated.I'm really looking for just an extremely laid back roomate preferably a female due to having great roomate history more with women than men when it comes to bare minimum responsibilities like just picking up after yourself, cleaning up when your done cooking, and mindful for others. I'm genuinely the easiest person to live with and never complain or care about anything involving your personal life.
