Welcome to our home! We’re looking for a kind, respectful roommate to share our
home that’s full of warmth, comfort, and good energy. The available bedroom is large and private, with a walk-in closet and plenty of space—it easily fits a king-size bed, desk, dresser, and more, making it ideal for someone who values comfort and room to spread out.

The house features a beautiful Arizona sunroom that’s perfect for relaxing, reading, or working, plus a huge, sparkling pool that’s a favorite hangout spot for cooling off, lounging, or hosting casual weekend pool days. Shared areas include a roomy kitchen, comfy living room, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and a peaceful backyard. Parking is easy, and we’re located in a safe, convenient neighborhood close to parks, grocery stores, and local favorites.

You’d be living with me, my girlfriend (who works retail with a varied schedule), and my two pre-teen boys. My older son lives here full time, and my younger son is here every other weekend. We also have two quiet, shy cats who mostly keep to themselves. Our home is relaxed, clean, and social. We love board games, movie nights, and occasional pool parties with friends.

We are weed friendly (outside only), but tobacco
and drug-free. We’re big on communication, mutual respect, and keeping a calm, drama-free environment. It’s not a party house, but there’s a definite sense of community and ease here.
