Laundry is downstairs on the first floor.Building amenities include a gym, a sauna, a basketball court, a room for watching movies, a th floor terrace and a couple lounges. The area is awesome for transportation and groceries. There's both a Trader Joe's and a Target just 7 minutes walk away. The G, E, M and 7 lines are less than a ten minute walk to Court Square and the NW at Queensboro Plaza and the R at Queens Plaza are also within ten minutes walk. The rent for your room is $ not including the utilities.
