Hi my name is Karen I rent a room in the prestigious Rego Park neighborhood Queens NY, close to the rd Drive train station, the neighborhood is safe, quiet and centrally located one block from the Rego Park Plaza mall (Costco, Marshall, Burlintong, etc. and several restaurants) and a few blocks from Queens Center mall (Macys, JCPenney, etc.), we are surrounded by supermarkets, banks, restaurants and a church (Our Lady of the Angels) the train lines run the R, M, E, F and buses Q, Q and to Midtown QM, Downtown QM and Midtown QM (on the corner of the building), the room is empty but if you need a twin bed and dressers are available except a mattress, the price per month is $ deposit and the month that starts), we are a family of 3 people including 1 girl, we need a quiet person, (preferably a woman) ideal for someone who is studying or working full time who is responsible, friendly and clean, visits of any kind are not accepted, nor smokers or drinkers, the room has access to a large balcony where I have a small storage room (to take out or store something I will let you know in time), the bathroom has to be maintained and cleaned often, the kitchen is not lent it is a family space, gas is included (hot water and heating) electricity is paid $ a month (if you put a / c, the price goes up) if you have a car it is easy to find parking on the street, the building has a laundry room in the basement (the service is paid by means of a ), we are on a 5th floor there are 2 elevators, the building and the neighborhood is very quiet and there is also a package retention service only for 1 day from deliveries (amazon, temu etc with the doormen).
