Great, quiet neighborhood. 2 blocks from R/M th Street train station on Broadway, close to excellent restaurants, shops, markets, bars, and shops in general, minutes from Manhattan.Huge free sports playground (basketball court, three tennis courts, athletic track…)LOOKING FOR MALE ROOMMATE:Someone respects other people’s lifestyles and schedules, especially when it comes to sleep. It’s essential that this person also helps keep the common areas of the apartment tidy and clutter-free, like cleaning their dishes and not leaving them in the sink for days on end.
