Space was formerly living room, partitioned into a room w ceiling to floor partition.

Your share is $Twelve hundred /month, utilities included Wi-Fi, electricity, and gas. (First and last month's rent + deposit)
The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
The building has a live in super and an on- laundry room and elevator.

The building is a few blocks away from the 1/b/c train and m/m5 buses.

Apartment is blocks from Central Park and Riverside Park, Lots of cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and bars within blocks. Great tree lined neighborhood.
3-minute walk distance to Columbia U.

The room is available August 1st, but I am flexible on a move in date.
I am a female, and a student. I am looking for a Student female roommate that is considerate, friendly, clean and responsible.

A NON-SMOKER, prefer a WOMAN, STUDENT, roommate.
