Rent will be $ per month + monthly electricity bill (you pay half I pay half) +internet is $ per monthif you want to reserve the room you will need to transfer the first and last month rent.Grocery stop is 1 street away, building has its own laundry washing machine and dryer machines. your room has a smart tv, 2 book shelves, drawer, and your own closet outside your room.-you Must be reasonably clean (clean up after yourself)Sorry, no overnight guests (no friends, no boyfriends, no girlfriends, no one-night stands). If you're looking for 'party city', this is not the right room for you. But if you're looking for a reliable, friendly, calm and quiet accommodation, this is perfect.-Must be respectful of others, and preferably friendly:)-no smoking cigarettes, no ecigarrettes, no marihuana, no drugs, no ebikes in the apartment.- no loud parties, high noise not allowed in the building, no overnight visitors-pets not welcomed- For security purposes, I will require a photocopy of your drivers' license or passport with your employment letter and letter of studies.
