I am a + IT/Software Analyst for a major Healthcare software company. I work from home M-F with varied hours. I have Lexi - a 4 yr Basenji dog who is sweet, cuddler, barkless, odorless, energetic and hypoallergenic dog. We both love to walk around the neighborhood in the morning/afternoon as well as go for weekend hikes. I also travel International frequently for leisure and business. Hoping to find a roommate who can be trusted to take care of my house while I’m away.

I'm a working, easy to get along with female looking for the same in a female roommate to share rent, electric & internet in a -bthrm, 2nd-floor apartment. Roommates half would be $. Roommate would have a good size private room & a big private full bathroom w/linen closet & access to kitchen, living room & cozy outdoor balcony. Apartment is next door to the rd St. park w/tennis & basketball courts & Community Recreation Center with fitness equipment & a pool. It is also near grocery stores, restaurants & bicycle trails. I have a female cat that loves people when she gets to know them, but she does not get along with other animals.

Large room in a 5 bedroom house. I currently have 3 other roommates and each have a dog. Applicants must be clean, independent, and be fine with dogs. Price for room includes all utilities and access to a fenced yard, washer/dryer, and parking. Only one pet per application is allowed. As there are many pets in the house and this house can only accommodate 6 people, I would prefer applicants with no children. me for questions at
