The property is located next to the highway and directly across the street from a laundromat.We are looking for a long-term guest ( months). Preferably + yo, single, and very quiet.Only 1 tenant lives here. She is older (yo) and very quiet. Rarely comes out of her room. She works and goes to church. We prefer if a tenant is very similar to her because she has stayed here for many years.
