Very large private room w/private bathroom. Room is furnished with door lock for privacy. The kitchen space is the only shared space. The property is located next to the highway and directly across the street from a laundromat.

We are looking for a long-term guest ( months). Preferably + yo, single, and very quiet.

Only 1 tenant lives here. She is older (yo) and very quiet. Rarely comes out of her room. She works and goes to church. We prefer if a tenant is very similar to her because she has stayed here for many years.
