I'm looking for a new housemate to join my 1 female housemate and me in my large 4x bedroom+office & studio, 3x living room, 3x bathroom home, set on a hillside with North views over the tree tops and suburbs below. I'm a sociable but quiet guy, working outdoors, and enjoy a glass of wine and cooking healthy meals and walking my dog. I love spending my weekends out on my motorcycle, or camping and fishing with my dog and friends. My housemate is an artist and works part time and spends some of her weekends with her family. I have three rooms available depending on your preference, the master suite with itsmown living/lounge area, large bedroom with his and hers ensuite with spa bath, private deck, and large modern walk in wardrobe.I also have a bedroom with BIR on the main level of the house and a studio separate to the main house. Pricing varies depending on room/space lease although leases are available on flexible terms. The home is set on a half acre with beautiful North and east views of the Dandenong ranges, eastern suburbs and Yarra Valley. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen with Breville coffee machine and Smeg high end appliances, with twin fridges.
