I was meant to move into my 2-bedroom apartment with my brother, but he’s no longer able to, so I’m looking for a housemate!!

🚉 4 min walk to Camberwell Station (just min to Flinders St)
🛒 4 min walk to Camberwell Place Shopping Centre
🐈‍⬛ Home to one very sweet older cat named Mimi (super chill and loves cuddles!)
🚫 Unfortunately, no other pets
❌ Bedroom unfurnished (bedroom is staged with a double bed in the photos for reference but will be unfurnished)
✅ Unit will be furnished

About me:
I’m , just finished my Engineering degree at Monash Uni. I currently work at ALDI and do competitive cheerleading with Monash University. I’m social and easy-going, but also value personal space and downtime!

Who I’m looking for:
Someone clean and tidy, friendly, and respectful of shared and personal space. Ideally someone around a similar age who’s happy to chill but also enjoys their own time. Also LGBT friendly.
