The apartment has a private balcony and you will have a large walk-in closet in your bedroom. The cost is affordable for the area at $ a month (fees included) plus utilities. The apartment complex has amenities such as a pool, gym, valet trash, and tennis courts. I have a young cat named Jani and would prefer no other pets.
