Hi All! My current roommate is unexpectedly leaving soon, so I am looking for a new roommate who can move in as soon as possible. This -bath modern and furnished apartment is located at CrossTown at Chapel Hill, which is minutes from UNC and minutes from downtown Durham. Please see the pictures attached. The apartment has a private balcony and you will have a large walk-in closet in your bedroom. The cost is affordable for the area at $ a month (fees included) plus utilities. The apartment complex has amenities such as a pool, gym, valet trash, and tennis courts. I have a young cat named Jani and would prefer no other pets.
