The neighborhood is quiet and safe and does not get much through traffic. I am friendly with all my neighbors and they are all homeowners like myself. I work in tech from home . I’m an East Coast transplant. I stay very busy but I love sharing my space with chill people and hanging out on occasion. I have a small elderly dog and a mostly-outdoor cat (so pet lovers are a plus). Helping me with pet feeding if I need to travel can get you discounted rent. I am flexible and understanding. I have rented out the room through a few sites and had all 5 star reviews. I will consider other pets for the house on a case by case basis No cigarette smokers ( is OK outside). Must have verifiable employment, a car, and good communication. Must pay rent on time.
