This upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, large dresser, shelves, and a large walk-in closet. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and two cozy living room areas with large TVs and streaming services.

The backyard is a private oasis with a GIANT pool, diving board, covered patio, firepit, BBQ, and plenty of seating.

The house is located in a quiet northwest neighborhood near Mountain View Hospital and Children’s Memorial Park, just a few short minutes to the highway and to grocery stores, and mins to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and does not get much through traffic. I am friendly with all my neighbors and they are all homeowners like myself.

I work in tech from home . I’m an East Coast transplant. I stay very busy but I love sharing my space with chill people and hanging out on occasion. I have a small elderly dog and a mostly-outdoor cat (so pet lovers are a plus). Helping me with pet feeding if I need to travel can get you discounted rent.

I am flexible and understanding. I have rented out the room through a few sites and had all 5 star reviews.

I will consider other pets for the house on a case by case basis

No cigarette smokers ( is OK outside). Must have verifiable employment, a car, and good communication. Must pay rent on time. Must sign a lease, and there will be a small deposit which you will get back if you leave the bathroom how you found it and didn’t damage anything in the room.
