The available bedroom is a large with a shared bathroom. The house has recently been remodeled with new flooring, paint and kitchen. There is central AC and heat and a brand-new no fee washer and dryer downstairs. There is a very large fenced in backyard perfect for gardening, relaxing, or enjoying the fire pit and outdoor patio.We are looking for someone who is considerate and mindful of keeping shared spaces clean particularly in the kitchen as I have celiac disease. Gluten in the house is totally okay, just asking for mindful cleanup and avoiding cross-contamination. Shared responsibility for cleaning all common areas.The home is in a super central location just off the Beltline and Rimrock close to the Alliant Energy Center, making it easy to get to the West Side, East Side, University or Downtown.
