The tenant will be upstairs and will share a restroom that is equipped with a full shower/bathtub with other tenants staying upstairs. Tenants have full access to the kitchen supplies, but not the refrigerator or stove. There is an outdoor stove available to tenants and each tenant also has a mini fridge in their room. There are no onsite laundry machines to use, only nearby laundry facilities and wifi is provided. There is also a community pool and tennis court that the tenants can have access to as well.
