HI, I'm Kevin and I just noticed the typo in the spelling of my first name that is posted above but I can't change it. I have an extra bedroom with a full private bathroom and can come furnished and has two very big.closets. And I keep my place nice & clean. I work in Marketing, Advertising and Entertainment, I'm easy going, and see friends and family often, and I visit them over hosting because I work from home and it gets me out of the house more. I also have a 7 pound Chihuahua Mix - so I hope you like dogs. And there is plenty of available street parking and you have access to the full living room, dining area and kitchen. It’s also a very walkable neighborhood with Starbucks, Ralph’s and CVS all walkable and only a minute to great hiking, biking and all the shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a great movie theater (and more) on Ventura Blvd.
