The apartment complex is very safe and the landlord is like neighborhood watch around here,so not much trouble or crime. I am looking for someone that is well cleaned and can clean up after themselves,no excuses. I also don’t deal with drama nor BF/GF drama. So keep it out of the apartment. I do have a 5 year old cat but she is a sweetheart with humans. She tends to be scared of other cats. I’m looking to fill the room by the beginning on JULY.
