M&P spend most of the year abroad and are only in Belgium for a few weeks annually, so the house is usually quiet.We value a warm, easy-going atmosphere, with mutual respect and a good balance of order and cleanliness. We’re generally calm people, but we enjoy organizing a cozy evening with the cohousing or friends on weekends — whether it’s chatting, a pizza night or drinks in the garden. We’re looking for someone who is working or doing a postdoc, ideally +, and who feels at home in this kind of environment. About JC, he’s an engineer who loves reading, gaming and learning languages at CLT.The room is on the second floor and comes with its own almost-private bathroom (when our two other housemates are not in the country). If you’d like a furnished room, you can take over the furniture from our departing housemate for €.
