Cozy cohousing next to Hal5

Description

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our cohousing in Kessel-Lo from October . You’ll be sharing the house with three housemates, (Montse, Patrick and JC). M&P spend most of the year abroad and are only in Belgium for a few weeks annually, so the house is usually quiet.

We value a warm, easy-going atmosphere, with mutual respect and a good balance of order and cleanliness. We’re generally calm people, but we enjoy organizing a cozy evening with the cohousing or friends on weekends — whether it’s chatting, a pizza night or drinks in the garden. 

We’re looking for someone who is working or doing a postdoc, ideally +, and who feels at home in this kind of environment. About JC, he’s an engineer who loves reading, gaming and learning languages at CLT.

The room is on the second floor and comes with its own almost-private bathroom (when our two other housemates are not in the country). If you’d like a furnished room, you can take over the furniture from our departing housemate for €. Rent is € per month, plus fixed costs of about € (covering electricity, internet, cleaning services, etc.).

The cohousing offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two shared toilets, a co-working space, a basement and a parking spot (€ per month), and a lovely garden right next to Hal 5 — home to the best pizza in Leuven! The house is 5 minutes walking from station Leuven and min walking from Provinciaal domain, so you can have a bit of nature or the city very close by.
