Hi all! I have a room available for rent in my townhome starting July 1st! I’m looking for a roommate (women only) to rent out the spare bedroom in my townhome. I am only looking for a short term lease for the room between months.You would have access to the entire townhome which is fully furnished, you’ll only have to furnish the room you will be renting out. It is a .5 townhome style condo so the bedrooms are on the upper lever. I have a full sized washer and dryer, central air and a cute little outdoor space for the summer time. The community I live in takes care of mowing the grass, shoveling snow, raking, and all other outdoor related tasks. There is a parking lot with many spots and also a spot in the garage if you prefer - all included in the price. It is GREATLY located with easy access to pretty much anywhere in the Denver Metro area. I do work from home but my schedule is pretty flexible and I am hardly home so you would have the place to yourself a lot of the times. Rent is $ utilities included.
