Hi everyone! Looking for 2
people to join my lease starting in early September (potential for an earlier move in date but not a done deal) for a .5 bathroom HUGE just under sq ft townhouse in Jefferson Park. One room on the first floor with a private bath ($) The two other available rooms on the third floor share a conjoined bathroom, rent for (each room would be $).

Our landlords parted ways with keyrenter a couple of years ago and haven’t raised our rent at all since, which has been a huge plus.

- Small front yard
- Attached 2 car garage (technically a 3 car garage but one of the spots is tandem so we have been using it for storage)
- Deck on the second floor that opens up fully from the living room
- Additional large roof deck on 4th floor
- In unit laundry
- Built in speakers inside and outside on decks
- Beer fridge

Location:
- ~5 min walk to a Safeway, Jefferson park, briar common, and the Main Street on th and Elliot ( coffee, sweet action, Jefferson park pub, etc)
⁃ min walk to mile high which is super convenient for concerts, never spend 3 hours trying to get an uber again lol
- Walkable to LoHi
- Quick drive to sloans lake

MacKenzie - yo woman, works hybrid but most days in office, lived in Denver for 2 years, loves standup, photography, and baking
