We are a house of LGBTQ+ folks who like to keep things peaceful and tidy, but also have roommate get togethers, game/karaoke nights, etc.Total move-in cost will be $, no for last month’s rent, just first and deposit. Lease is starting July 1st for a year, but early move-outs can be communicated with the landlords, and how it’s been done in the past is that the person moving just needs to help with finding a replacement.Landlords require credit score and good rental history.
