Looking for an honest, reliable, peaceful and clean roommate in Palatine. It's a two bedroom furnished apartment to share with me (female). The bedroom that I'm looking to rent out is unfurnished so you'd be welcome to bring whatever furniture you want/ need). It's in a nice, clean and quiet complex. It has a balcony, big parking lot in front of the complex. The bedroom is big and has a nice size closet. :) There's central heat and air conditioning. It's available as of September 1st.The price is $/month plus half of the internet and electric bill (it's usually doesn't come out too much for electric except in summer when using a/c). Security deposit of $/month is also required (refunded upon moving out). Sorry no pets are allowed by landlord.
