My name is Kelsey and I'm looking for a female roommate in her mid-s to take the second bedroom in my beautiful bath apartment in East Village (Wicker Park/West Town area). LGBTQ+ inclusive! Rent for your room would be $/month plus utilities, and the new lease starts August 1st.

- Good-sized closet (about ’ D with two shelves that are about ’ tall)

- Quiet upstairs neighbors
- Close to CTA (Blue Line, # bus are all roughly a 5-minute walk away)
- Close to I--minute drive)
- Close to I--minute drive)
- Close to DePaul's Lincoln Park campus (~ minutes driving or ~ minutes on CTA)
- Unfortunately not pet friendly unless it’s a caged/tank animal (i.e. guinea pig, turtle, hamster, etc.)

A little about me:
- I am years old
- Politically Liberal/Leftist
- Event Planner & Opera Singer (so I will be singing at home sometimes!)
- I keep common spaces super neat/clean & like to live with people who do the same
- I love being social/friends with my roommates but also definitely value being able to have time to ourselves
- I listen to emo & pop-punk like it's still and LOVE going to concerts and street fests.

I am looking for a roommate with whom I share the same basic values and ideally someone I can be friends with, but the most important things to me are that we are respectful of each other's needs/boundaries/things, communicate openly, keep the place clean, and consistently pay rent in full & on time.
