Hello my name is Gia I am years old I am a MUA by day and waitress by night. I live in a two story row home which is split into two units. I live in the bottom Unit. All there bedrooms are upstairs. I have the master bedroom. And I’m looking for two clean, laid back and respectful ladies to take over the two extra bedrooms in the house. The rent is $ a month and so is the deposit. Utilities are split evenly amongst the three roommates every other month. WiFi, gas and Pepco. Ranges from $ every other month. The Pepco bill is the only bill that fluctuates.
