I am looking for a female grad student roommate to join me in signing a month lease starting Aug bdrm/2 bath new construction apartment (total sq ft) in the Downtown area (New York Ave), near the White House and a min walk to GW campus. There is W/D in unit and tons of amenities( roof deck, gym, private courtyard..)Roommates room would be ’’ with their own private bathroom ( however bathroom is not attached to the room).
