Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for the third floor area of my house. It’s a big private bedroom and office, located up a private staircase from the general area of the house. The bathroom is on the second floor and is shared. The bedroom has one window overlooking the backyard, a nice big closet, and has carpeted floors. The office is right across from it, also with carpeted floors, one window and a decent closet. The office faces the west, overlooking the front of the house, so it gets nice sunlight all day long. The common spaces of the home are on the first floor, which is an open plan kitchen, living, and dining room. The house has a cute front porch and a backyard that the current roommates love tending to. A dog and a cat do also live here (my animals), they are very friendly (almost too much lol), but ideally you would have experience living with a dog. The dog’s name is Zeus and he’s a German Shorthaired Pointer and the cat is a tabby named Athena. The current roommates are me (Louise) and Luddy. We like to keep the house pretty clean- usually a deep clean the common areas every other weekend and then we vacuum, tidy, etc. throughout the week. We have the occasional house guest over, either an overnight guest or just friends coming over for dinner, etc., but we always let each other know in advance. The lease does have a policy of no more than 3 nights a week for overnight guests. There’s a driveway that holds two cars and there’s one additional parking space in front of the house. If you have a car, you will have to get a permit from the town (it’s about $). Lmk if you have questions!

Available September . We have 1 room available in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with two friendly, easy-going roommates! The bedroom is a good size and the apartment has a very nice living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. This apartment is less than minutes from Tufts campus and right down the road from Teele Square with plenty of restaurants and shops just minutes away! Our street is a stop for the buses and we're just a minute walk to Davis Square and the Red Line. We're on the second floor of a 3 story apartment with 1 parking spot per floor (Dan has a car, Rustam doesn't), but there is normally easy street parking. We have strong wifi, a dishwasher, on washer/dryer (coin op), and indoor storage space for bicycles by the front door. We have a few couches, a very nice dinner table, and a communal TV. The property manager is very responsive to , and repairs/replacements have been both timely and thorough. The driveway is in good shape, and the washer/dryer are upgraded as well. The building has very nice hardwood floors and many windows for a lot of natural light, and there is both a front and back porch. The open room is in the back of the apartment, and it's about ' not including the closet. The room has two windows and can comfortably fit a full size bed and furniture (queen may also fit but it would be pushing it). We pay for gas, electricity, and internet; our highest total utilities bill last winter was about $ a person, and in the summer it seems to be around $ a person, probably $ average for the year. The washer/dryer combo is $ and takes quarters. The first month will also include a $ security deposit, but there is no broker's fee. The property manager will perform a background check and ask about employment.
