3rd Floor bedroom and office!

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for the third floor area of my house. It’s a big private bedroom and office, located up a private staircase from the general area of the house. The bathroom is on the second floor and is shared. The bedroom has one window overlooking the backyard, a nice big closet, and has carpeted floors. The office is right across from it, also with carpeted floors, one window and a decent closet. The office faces the west, overlooking the front of the house, so it gets nice sunlight all day long. The common spaces of the home are on the first floor, which is an open plan kitchen, living, and dining room. The house has a cute front porch and a backyard that the current roommates love tending to. A dog and a cat do also live here (my animals), they are very friendly (almost too much lol), but ideally you would have experience living with a dog. The dog’s name is Zeus and he’s a German Shorthaired Pointer and the cat is a tabby named Athena. The current roommates are me (Louise) and Luddy.
We like to keep the house pretty clean- usually a deep clean the common areas every other weekend and then we vacuum, tidy, etc. throughout the week. We have the occasional house guest over, either an overnight guest or just friends coming over for dinner, etc., but we always let each other know in advance. The lease does have a policy of no more than 3 nights a week for overnight guests. There’s a driveway that holds two cars and there’s one additional parking space in front of the house.
