For parking, it is free to park and we have 4 parallel parking spots right next to our unit (since we are the end unit) which makes it super convenient to park. The house is pretty much furnished between myself and my roommate so you would only need to furnish the room. I have one cat that is super friendly and we are open to having one more animal in the house but no more than one. The complex has 4 dog parks throughout the property.
