The House and Available Rooms
The house features two bedrooms, and the one available is a comfortable size. For added flexibility, there's an adjoining bonus room next to the bedroom. This versatile space could serve as a home office, a creative studio, or an extra lounge area—whatever suits your needs!
Here's how the rent works:
* % of Rent: If you only need the bedroom, we'll split the total rent equally.
* % of Rent: If you'd like exclusive use of both the bedroom and the bonus room, you'll pay sixty percent of the total rent.
The total rent for the house is $ per month. We'll split the electricity and Wi-Fi bills, while the landlord covers all other utilities.
About Me, My Dog, and What I'm Looking For
I'm a tidy and considerate individual who strives to keep common areas neat and respects personal space. I'm hoping to find a roommate who shares these values. A few pet peeves of mine include:
* Dirty dishes left in the sink.
* Neglecting vacuuming when it's needed.
* General disorder in shared spaces.
I also have a 3-year-old Labrador, who is as easygoing and friendly as I am. When I'm not home, he's likely just lounging on my bed, patiently waiting for my return. I'm open to the possibility of a second dog, provided they get along well with my Lab.
