We are all easy-going people and try to maintain a clean, chilled out environment and there's plenty of space and multiple common areas and the bedrooms are decent sized. Warning, we do have 5 cats, but make sure the place stays clean! The room is in a house with only the main entrance so there will not be a private entrance, I rather to be a male since the bathroom is share and the other roommate is a guy. There will be access for laundry, back yard and kitchen. Rent is including all services. Pretty quiet area mins from Amazon Warehouse, mins from CO springs airport, mins from Carson. I can't allow dogs since there is 2 in the house already.
