My roommate and I are both teachers and are looking to share this space until at least Sept. . There are 5 bedrooms so we are open to up to 2 additional roomates. Our new lease begins in Sept. but move-in could be in Aug. We rent through Dorman Realty and you would apply to be added to lease formally if you were interested. Total pricing is semi-negotiable and depends on if we have total tenants. We have a garage, dryer, washer, full kitchen and 3 bathrooms. My roommate (m) are tidy and easy-going and hoping to show some people the space asap.
