Empty bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed. If you don't need it, I can get rid of it. No other furniture.There are indoor cats in the house. A few yrs ago life made a change and I care for my mom and is on the main floor as well, where you'll share a bathroom. You'll have your own space to put things. She mainly sticks upstairs and is four twenty friendly. All my friends live her! She is a capable person. She just has her days. Don't feel like you'll have to tip toe around. She's very laid back so do what you will. There are 2 living rooms. One on the main floor and basement. There's a decent size backyard to chill out and play. Quiet neighborhood and good neighbors. We blare music in the summertime, so feel free to do the same. It throws up the holidays Sept-Jan. You can keep to yourself if you prefer and if you do don't need an uptight person. Otherwise, relax and enjoy life. Laundry room is in the basement. All utilities are included.Sorry no pets but don't mind them. Fifteen mins from airport and fifteen downtown (on a good day 🤪). Ten mins from 2 RTD stations. Thirty mins from Red Rocks. If you are reading this, it's available.

I would just want to make sure our pets get along before the move in. The house is fully furnished in the common area for all cooking supplies and a living room set up. The house has a simplisafe security system that you can add on your phone that views the porch, the door bell, and the backyard. Our HOA club house has a pool for the summer time as well. Other roommates are moving in May with the lease ending in June. Looking for 2 other people to share the house that I'm currently renting. I have a cat here at the house who is very friendly and easy. I would like to avoid other animals since my cat is also very skittish and might not enjoy other animal company. I work at DIA and I am very busy throughout the week and I try to avoid being busy on the weekends. I am easy to get along with and try to avoid being a problem with the others I'm living with. Full transparency, I tend to be a little loud when I'm in my room on my computer. I also play music on my drums mainly but also trying to learn the guitar to. I will be respectful to whoever is also in the house and will work around your schedule for when I can be noisy. The house itself is on the smaller side but is a nice place and in a good area. It's near grocery stores, gyms, shopping areas, etc. Most things someone would want to live near, it's near the house. The two rooms that are open are ten by with and has its own bathroom and and it shares a bathroom with the room that I am in. The house is fully furnished except for the rooms themselves. I have dishes, silverware, a TV, couch, reclining chair, etc. Feel free to bring your own stuff, and we can find space for it. Rent is $ a month plus utilities. All utilities we can split equally and comes out to $ per person. The house has a 2-car garage, it is also a little smaller but fits two cars but nothing larger. Both garage spots are open right now since my truck doesn't fit in the garage. House also has a front and back yard, both are a little smaller, but that does make mowing in the summer easier, so that's nice.
