You would apply formally to join the lease through Dorman Real estate and our new lease starts in September but move-in date could be flexible. We are all easy-going people and try to maintain a clean, chilled out environment and there's plenty of space and multiple common areas and the bedrooms are decent sized. Warning, we do have 5 cats, but make sure the place stays clean! The area that I'm looking to fill has unique value; it consists of the guest bedroom, private bath, and beautiful office suite with a built-in office desk, cabinets, and drawers that are all soft-close. The room is in a house with only the main entrance so there will not be a private entrance, I rather to be a male since the bathroom is share and the other roommate is a guy. There will be access for laundry, back yard and kitchen. Rent is including all services. Pretty quiet area mins from Amazon Warehouse, mins from CO springs airport, mins from Carson. I can't allow dogs since there is 2 in the house already.

There is a gigantic living area with tons of comfy seating (3 recliners and a huge couch), and the VIP feature is a brand new, never used kitchenette. The kitchenette has new appliances (fridge & microwave with outside ventilation), there is no stove but there's tons of space for a counter top cooker and any other cooking appliances.
