The room has vaulted ceilings, a large closet, and hard wood floors. The room shares a bathroom with the other room(male). There are no lights in the room so you're free to add whatever kind of moodsetting lights you want.  We will consider pets. The pet deposit will be $ per pet, but there are exceptions. There is a yard  for them as well. The house itself is bright and peacefull with a lot of natural lighting, vaulted ceilings throughout, and modern appliances (includes washer, dryer, solar panels, AC, and heating). There are also multiple outdoor areas all around the house so you can hang out with friends wherever indoors or outdoors!             There is a ton of street parking, and there is a privacy fence and security installed.
