(Most of the pictures are from when my roommate moved in 3 years ago) About the room: The room is very spacious, carpet, a faux fireplace, and a beautiful large window that catches lots of sunlight. There is a large closet directly outside the room that has been dedicated to the room. The room will be completely unfurnished. About the house: There is a large living room in the front of the house that separates the two bedrooms, down the hall is a kitchen with a full size fridge, dishwasher and plenty of storage. In the bathroom there is a in unit washer/dryer. I have lots of furniture around the house but please bring whatever you have!! About me:I'm (They/She), I like to do art, play music, watch movies, I love to cook and bake, I work a few jobs (I work at a bakery, movie theater, and a restaurant) but despite the multiple jobs I tend to be at the apartment quite often. I hope you are a cat person because I have two cats (Mimi ) which is why I try to be around as often as possible. They do roam the house, but most often times are asleep in my room during the day; they are super chill and very friendly. Hi, my name is Oscar. I have lived in Santa Clarita area most of my life. I graduated from Hart High School and CSUN. I work as an IT Director and am looking for a roommate. The room is in Santa Clarita near the Hasley Canyon exit off 5 Fwy. This large room is available on June or a day or two earlier. Current roommate is moving out. This room can come partly furnished with a fullsize bed and desk/chair if needed. The rent includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water) and high speed internet. Full kitchen privileges and Pool to cool off during the summer. The room is priced for one person only. The room is not for dual occupancy. I have 1 male roommate that is a school teacher. I am near a Ralphs grocery store and shopping center and have easy access to 5 Fwy. Everyone is very easy to get along with. Their is a washer and dryer in the house. I have a long drive way so there is always plenty of parking . I also have one German Shepherd so you must not be allergic to dogs. You must be drug free. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping home. You must pass a background check.

The pool is at currently solar heated❣️We have two bedrooms to rent and these two rooms will share a large bathroom. The bathroom offers a double vanity so each person has their own sink area and cabinet space this bathroom has a Shower/tub combo. Garage offers a little space for a couple boxes and or a bike. The common areas include a large alley type kitchen. Each of us get a large area for pantry food, pots & pans. We are happy to share the dishes, glassware, silverware but we don’t share our pots & pans any more, sorry ❣️. Off the kitchen is a sun room that goes out to the back yard where we find a sitting area, pool & BBQ. Off the other side of the kitchen is the dining room that goes into an Entertainment area to watch TV or play music maybe? Andy is a professional musician and likes to play if our roommates do as well. Andy nor myself look or act our age’s. Andy & I are both fit, eat extremely clean getting regular massages. My husband grew up in Dublin so the Christmas holiday parties (not at our home) there in rented halls are sold out every year and you’ll be invited ❣️. Utilities split are PGE & water between all roommates. It usually average out to about one hundred & twenty & Up ? To for each roommate that AC is great but definitely cost. The house is well insulated as well. FYI Chewy doesn’t live with us we’re currently watching our daughter’s dog.
