There’s Costco, Home Depot and shopping centers and Montebello mall just down the street. We’re a few blocks from highway and a few more blocks from highway .We are on a private street which means there’s no parking tickets ever.The other roommates are guys who are working professionals and they are super chill and everyone has no drama. We are looking for a tenant who value common area cleanness and privacy. The ideal candidate will have a clean background, fair or good credit, proof of income.
