One furnished private room with one shared full bathroom is located in a house with mountain view in Rosemead, CA. This room comes with a queen size bed with a new window AC and a small window looking out to the mountains. All utilities are included as well as On- parking for a small car on a private street.

The house is located at the end of the cul-de-sac with tranquility while still close to everything. Walmart is within walking distance. There’s Costco, Home Depot and shopping centers and Montebello mall just down the street. We’re a few blocks from highway and a few more blocks from highway .We are on a private street which means there’s no parking tickets ever.

The other roommates are guys who are working professionals and they are super chill and everyone has no drama. We are looking for a
tenant who value common area cleanness and privacy. The ideal candidate will have a clean background, fair or good credit, proof of income. The move in cost is one month deposit plus one month of rent, month to month lease. No smoking or drug user and no heavy drinking or partying. Over night guests are allowed once a week.
