Looking to move in between mid May - June 1st (can be flexible with move in if more time is needed)3 bedrooms (2 on upper level, 1 on lower) and 2 bathrooms, with an attached garage, a deck, and a spacious backyard with a fire pit. There is also a large crawl space on the lower level for extra storage.Total rent: $/month or $ per person per monthLawn care, water, and trash are included in rent.Tenants are responsible for shoveling the driveway in the winter, as well as gas, electric, and internet bills. My job is a hybrid of in person/online work, so the hours I am out of the house can vary day to day. I describe myself as an old lady because I love some quiet reading time or lounging on the couch watching hockey or documentaries. I enjoy having friends over occasionally, but I will always ask ahead of time if you are comfortable with it.
