ISO ROOMMATE TO SHARE DUPLEX

WANTED: Female roommate to share a duplex in White Bear. I have a family friend who is willing to rent for an AMAZING price, but I need a roommate to split the cost with. Looking to move in between mid May - June 1st (can be flexible with move in if more time is needed)


3 bedrooms (2 on upper level, 1 on lower) and 2 bathrooms, with an attached garage, a deck, and a spacious backyard with a fire pit. There is also a large crawl space on the lower level for extra storage.

Total rent: $/month or $ per person per month

Lawn care, water, and trash are included in rent.

Tenants are responsible for shoveling the driveway in the winter, as well as gas, electric, and internet bills. The landlord estimates gas/electric will run around $ per month (around $ per person)

About me: I work as an itinerant teacher. My job is a hybrid of in person/online work, so the hours I am out of the house can vary day to day. I describe myself as an old lady because I love some quiet reading time or lounging on the couch watching hockey or documentaries. I enjoy having friends over occasionally, but I will always ask ahead of time if you are comfortable with it. I am respectful and very open with communication, and I would like the same in a potential roommate.

I have 2 male cats who are neutered, and I’m very meticulous in cleaning up after them.

I have a good deal of common area furniture (love seat, ottoman, tv/tv stand, dining table, small kitchen appliances) but you’re welcome to bring in whatever you have as well!
