Property is just a block and a half away from beautiful Sunset Cliff point at the end of Santa Cruz Ave. Rent includes cable and internet, garbage, water, a parking spot, on- laundry, and a snall BBQ area with table and chairs in complex. Teneant is resposible with splitting gas and electric bill with current tenant (roughly $ per person per month). Complex has code entry in the front and key entry through the alley. Light screening will be conducted for the person moving in and they must have verified income preferably with employment of one year or more. $ deposit holds the room and is available for move in as soon as possible. The apartment is located within the Loma Portal Apartment complex. The room is ft and comes with its own closet (unfurnished). You will have your own private bathroom but the shower is shared (Jack and Jill layout). The rest of the apartment is very spacious with a large living room and kitchen/dining area. There is plenty of cabinet spaces throughout the place which is very nice. The apartment comes with one assigned parking which we can alternate, but street parking is pretty accessible. All utilities are included except energy, which is about $/month and WiFi, which is another $. The complex has a pool and grill area which is really great to use during the summer. Management and neighbors are cool, I’ve never had an issue with them. The apartment is within walking distance to many convenient locations and the city is briming with energy, so I am a big fan of the location!- month lease agreement ends in September , month-to-month afterwards
