I have 2 vacant rooms I would like to rent out in my bathroom apartment. The smaller of the two bedrooms dimensions are ' for total square feet and just had the carpet professionally cleaned by SoCal Steam Clean. The larger of the two bedrooms dimensions are " for around total square feet and just had brand new carpet installed last year by the property owner. The rent for the smaller bedroom is $ per month and the rent for the larger bedroom is $ per month. There is a $ security deposit per room. The lease is only month to month and you will have to fill out a rental application through property management if you want to be on the lease. Property Management is provided by South Coast Commercial, Inc. . and they do charge a one time application fee of $ to run your credit. There are only 2 utility bills per month. SDG&E for gas and electricity and Spectrum for high speed internet. SDG&E is around $ per month and Spectrum is locked in at $ per month. Both utility bills are split evenly by all roommates.
